At Little Keegs we believe in providing the highest quality products possible, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. In the event you run into a problem with one of your purchases, please contact us to help you resolve it.
RETURNS:
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase. In order to receive a refund, all items being returned must be unused in perfect condition with original tags in place and must be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product doesn’t meet these criteria. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. Gift cards are not eligible for a refund. For hygienic reasons, the following products are not eligible for returns: pacifiers, pacifier clips, and teethers.
Returns can be refunded to the original method of payment or for store credit. There is a flat-rate shipping/restocking fee of $7.50 deducted from the amount returned to you. The shipping/restocking fee is waived if you choose to receive store credit. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Please keep tracking info of your returned package.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: The customer will be responsible for the return fees.
WHOLESALE:
All wholesale orders are final. If you have found a defective product, you can contact us to arrange an exchange.
SALE ITEMS:
Clearance and sale items are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange.
If you purchased from a third party vendor i.e., Amazon, or a boutique, the customer must return the product to that store, according to their return/exchange policy.
In the event a product is sold out, Little Keegs has the right to refund the item and ship the remainder of the order. Little Keegs has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid if the entire order is sold out.
Should your package be returned to us by the postal carrier for any reason (such as incorrect addresses, abandoned parcel, unable to deliver, etc…) we will cancel the order and a full refund will be provided.
DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE:
If your item arrived damaged or became defective due to a manufacturer’s defect within 3 months from the date of purchase, we will gladly help you replace the item. You must email a picture of the defect and your order receipt to info@littlekeegs.co. All claims for items that are damaged/defective upon arrival or were not received must be submitted within 7 days of the date the item is marked delivered by the postal carrier. Should the item be a clearance item you will only be issued the amount paid for the item.
PROCESSING TIMEFRAME:
We process returns within 2 week of receiving the package. Please keep tracking info of your returned package.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.
- Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery
REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
While the process typically takes 3-5 business days, it can take up to 10 business days to see the refund back on your bank statement. This timeframe varies by bank or credit card company.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business day, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@littlekeegs.co.
SALE ITEMS:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
EXCHANGES:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@littlekeegs.co.
GIFTS:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
SHIPPING RETURNS:
To return your product, you should email info@littlekeegs.co.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
